Do you play a musical instrument too?
Have you studied a string, woodwind instrument or piano and dream of playing a trio, quartet or quintet with other musicians?
Would you like to play with Allegra Strings in the privacy of your own living room? Do you have a child who would like the chance to play with a string ensemble? (p.s. they would need to be able to read music). Please contact Allegra’s manager.

350px-Liszt_at_the_PianoWhy not host a Salon in your living room and offer your friends an arts evening to share with your friends the people that interest you: musicians, political figures, writers,  theatre directors, actors,  philosophers, visual artists, family and friends? Allegra Strings can participate or help with your evening’s plans.

Salon music and music catering  does not necessarily involve a performance by Allegra Strings (although of course it can). It is especially designed for you and your participation. Please contact us and tell us your ideas.

And in case you are worried about playing difficult music, Allegra has repertoire suitable for any level! Also, in clear weather during the summer months, they migrate easily into backyards!

Fees for music catering are not formalized. Please contact Allegra Strings Manager by email.

“Dear Joan,
Please convey, on my behalf, our appreciation for the wonderful music performed by Allegra at the reception for our daughter and son-in-law.
There were many, many favourable comments so I know it was enjoyed! Thanks also for so graciously accommodating our change of venue due to bad weather. ”
Sincerely, Linda Mainse

You were a pleasure to deal with and we appreciate your gifts for music. We would gladly reccommend you to others any day.”
Thanks again, Chris & Steph Maveson
